Because OTRS is customizable, this page may not reflect what all agents see. If something doesn't apply to a specific agent, check with the OTRS administrator.

Agents log in according to administrator login criteria.

An agent is presented with the Dashboard, which shows information about upcoming tickets.

Clicking on a ticket brings up the ticket Zoom mode.
